Work is taking place on the Afsluitdijk. This will take place in phases between Den Oever and Kornwerderzand. Parts of the cycle path are temporarily closed. The special Afsluitdijk bike bus will take you past the works free of charge. There are four stops for cyclists and walkers. On weekdays, in the morning and late afternoon, it's a lot quieter in the bike bus than in the weekend. Take advantage of it.
